Home Care Aide/ 6 and 8 Hour Shifts Available

TRUCARING INC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, IN! We offer flexible 6 and 8 hour shifts to fit your lifestyle while making a real difference in the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client care plans
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with medication reminders and daily living activities (ADLs)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Care Aide, CNA, or caregiver preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 6 and 8 hour scheduling options
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
